Realtors, get your A Game on cuz it's time to R-O-L-L!!!  The Buyers are coming out of the woods and starting to hunt - they can smell the 6,500 MLS listings in the air...

Tips to make that SALE happen finally...

1. Make sure the price is right
2. Update old pictures with new ones
3. Marketing - have a Plan, update your packages
4. Go for a Walk - visit houses nearby your listing and talk to some of the neighbors
5. Update your Website
6. Get involved in the Community - hold a fundraiser, picnic, food drive, anything!
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology
8. Attend Monday morning meetings
9. Connect with your Clients at least once a week
10. Most Importantly - Give Back!  A nice Thank You gift or Card is not only Endearing but Shows your Appreciation for NOT ONLY your Clients, but Contractors and other Business Contacts who have Helped You Along the Way
